With the exception of service animals and animals that are a part of an exhibit or show, animals or pets are not permitted at Corn Palace.  During non-events Tourist are allowed to carry small animals if they do not present a problem for other guests.

Automatic Teller Machine

An Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is located in the Corn Palace for your convenience. The ATM is located by the North Corn-cessions Stand.  

Box Office

The Corn Palace Box Office is located just inside the Main Entrance on Main Street.

• The Box Office opens at least one hour prior to a ticketed event in the Corn Palace. 
• The Box Office is only open during events and during the Summer while Corn Palace Festival Tickets are on-sale.
• For Corn Palace Festival Show Methods of payment accepted are cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.  Sorry we do not accepted American Express.  

Camera Policy

Cameras are allowed in the Corn Palace. Because each show is different, please check the Corn Palace website before the show to see if cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (i.e. cameras with a detachable lens), video and audio recording devices are not permitted in the Corn Palace during Concerts

Doors Open

Corn Palace doors open one hour prior to most events. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for easy access to seats and services.

Food and Beverage

The Corn Palace offers a range of menu choices from the traditional hot dogs and nachos to our World Famous Corn Palace Popcorn Balls.  Please note alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of Corn Palace.

Guests with Disabilities

The Corn Palace welcomes all guests. The Corn Palace is a public facility and meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• The Corn Palace has seats for guests with disabilities. One companion seat is available for each seat reserved for a guest with a disability. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit, as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. To arrange seating for a group with special needs, please contact the Corn Palace at (605) 995-8427.
• Parking for guests with disabilities is available on 6th Avenue and in the surrounding parking lots.
• The main entrances and exits for Corn Palace are accessible for guests using wheelchairs.
• All service animals are permitted at Corn Palace. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected for you if desired to accommodate your service animal.  

Prohibited Items                                                                                     

The following items are not permitted in Corn Palace:

• Weapons of any kind
• Fireworks
• Illegal drugs and alcohol
• Glass bottles or hard plastic containers
• Inflatables, i.e. beach balls, seats, etc.
• Frisbees
• Laser pointers
• Noise making devices of any kind 

Public Tours

Public Tours are given from Memorial Day to August 23 and are free of charge. To arrange a tour outside of this time for a group please contact the Corn Palace Division of Tourism at (605) 996-1191

Tickets

Tickets are available at the Corn Palace Box Office.  For some concerts and special event including the Corn Palace Festival you may order online at this website.  Children under 3 and who will not be taking a seat are free for most events at the Corn Palace. For shows intended for a family audience, please check the event on Corn Palace website for specific ticket requirements for children.
